Hello everyone, here we are in the new year 2018 and I decided to share what I did last year to overcome my weight gain!
Back in December 2016, I was at a chalet celebrating my daughter’s 18th year old birthday when a relative compared me to the huge creepy crawlies on the walls outside the chalet, claiming that I looked fat just like the lizards. I was stunned but I did not react much because there were many guests around. A few days later, we visited the same relative and I could still remember the very first words that came out from her vividly.
“You became fat!”
I thought to myself, oh my goodness… I felt really hurt so I swore to myself that I had to change my body.
If you have ever asked yourself, “is it ever going to be easy to lose weight?”, the answer is: Yes, if you know how to handle it well. I am hoping that my story has interest you to continue reading my updates which will include useful information and tips as well as inspire you as you begin on your weight loss journey.
Of course, there will be rules on eating right and doing different work-outs. In addition, you have to be willing to take on challenges and commit to your plan 100%. But I promise there will not be any sit ups or push-ups as I hate doing these strenuous exercises. Yucks.
Now, think about your own reasons/motivation – I believe you definitely have a good reason to start working out today. In fact, YOU are your best reason!
